The food is never fresh or hot. We had a late soccer game and my husband was hungry, so we stopped here. We would normally go to the Wendover store, but they were closed.

I placed an online order 11:44am to schedule pickup for 12:30pm. We arrived at the location around 12:25pm, was told through drive through to come inside. We parked in the designating Togo area, my dad had gone inside. 45 minutes go by and I’m getting worried, so I go inside. He was still waiting while others were steadily getting orders to go and leaving. At this point I need to get ready and leave for work soon, so I’m getting frustrated as to why our order wasn't ready yet. Once I walked in and grabbed someone’s attention upfront (I didn’t catch his name but I know he was wearing an Orange shirt today—who was fantastic and working circles around everyone else) then the order was put together and ready. I left with our order at 1:16pm, my receipt said it was processed/rung out at 12:23pm.
The staff were uncommunicative, unproductive, and whoever was Manager on Duty is incompetent and inefficient. With experience in service industry and mgmt, there is no reason to be 45 mins to 1 hour behind on Togo orders, with handfuls of other upset customers. Whatever manager may, or me not even be there shouldn’t be in leadership if they cannot handle a Saturday lunch rush. As for the rest of the staff, whom other customers mentioned noticing blatantly ignoring them or just being gravely inefficient (some mentioned rude attitudes or looks but I can only speak on my experience, and that wasn't my biggest concern) they clearly need further training on sense of urgency and communication in the kitchen/expo to customer service.
Albeit terrible customer service and work ethic the food is good. Whoever is actually on the cook line do their job well, shout-out to them for making great food.

I showed up on 10/16 trying to carry out at 6:55, the sign on the door said they are open for business at 5am Monday thru Friday, well I sat outside for about 20 minutes while both doors remained locked, then when I pulled to drive thru asking a employee a guy with classes proceeded to not answer me and ignore me while I would have went in the drive thru my truck clearance couldn’t make it, I was knocking on the windows and they looked right at me then when 2 female employees both went outside implying that they knew the doors was locked so they could let 1 another in

Expect to spend at least 10 min. In this store. A bunch of young kids who know nothing about customer service. I stood there in front of the pick up with nobody else in the store for 5 min. I couldn't believe it. NOBODY acknowledged me even though all of them except the cook looked at me. I eventually asked the young man walking back and forth behind the counter did they have an order for me. He said yeah they working on it. About 5 min. Whole I'm typing this review I look up and my order is on the counter they never said the name of the order or nothing. Whoever the owner is he's just making money because he is not making sure the customers are getting ANY customer service. This has been like this 90% of the time. I looked at a customer who had come in after me and said man they have the worst customer service. His response, it's like this all the time. I agree 💯
