  This place is complete garbage. Never have anything in stock, attitudes are INSANE. How does a chicken place not have chicken? Then it's the customers fault for getting upset. We have been there 3 times (plus some) and each time has gotten worse. The last time, which was just the other day, was the final straw. The only decent thing was the girl (who seemed new) that was being kind and understood why I was so aggravated. This place needs new management, workers or something. It's got to change. It's not a hard job (I've previously worked for bojangles) and if you hate it so much that you have to have a horrible attitude, just quit. Get it together bc now you've lost a lot of business from so many people due to shitty experiences. Maybe turn this place into something worth going to.

  Either they need a change of staff or they need to just close this place down. I ordered $30 worth of food , meals…with drinks, they gave me three biscuits and when I told them it wasn’t right the woman at the window said that’s what you ordered. I’m looking at their order screen and see my order…she sent someone else to the window, while I did get my food, they forgot my drinks. When I went inside two other people were waiting for their orders to be fixed. I did not leave with my drinks because I was waiting for five minutes to be addressed, the two people in front of me still had not been helped/served. I left and went to DG to get drinks. I don’t understand the slow service and the attitude that came with it. There was one nice lady who got me the correct food, but outside of that my stuff is still incomplete.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant is trash. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. We have given this place SEVERAL chances and every time something is always wrong, the staff have attitudes, and they’re always out of something. The food most of the time is stale cold and or over cooked and hard, the staff won’t speak to you and when they do they have an attitude or roll their eyes. They never have sauces and have several times ran out of Cajun chick. I don’t even understand how that happens. They have a great location and the potential to be a great spot but at this point just fire everyone and start over. To be a relatively new establishment, they are hands down the worst location I’ve ever gone to. Just don’t bother going there.

  I order three 5 piece chicken tender meals and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They tell me they out of cheese. Ok let me get a bacon and egg biscuit. Get to the window $42. They give me the drinks for the meals sitting waiting bout 8 minutes finally I get the tender meals. Then they tell me we out of biscuits do you want a bo berry. No I don't want a bo berry so now I'm waiting on biscuits. Then gone ask me to pull up like nah just give me my refund for the biscuit. Mind you this ain't the first time I've experienced this. I don't think they'll ever get it together. I have complained to corporate before also. I wish it was a Chick-fil-A there instead. When you spend $45 dollars you expect to get all your food. I didn't shirt y'all on the cash why can't I get my whole meal. Y'all terrible trash. As you can tell by the review ratings I'm not the only one who thinks so.
