It doesn’t make any sense to me how it takes that long and there’s about 8 people working in the back. I really think management needs to find some more cook or employees because this is ridiculous. It’s fast food, why is one order taking 30 minutes to make?

The manager ( older black female kinda heavyset Keisha i think her name is ) talked to the ladies up front like crap ! Girl had glasses and looked like a fro under her cap and the other girl had twists she was freaking out over ranch and yelling .. not a good atmosphere to go to very slow but the up front ladies were very nice and apologetic .
