  They drive-thru was incredibly slow. The folks working there were super nice, though. Which makes things way nice to deal with. Didn't get a utensil to eat with or my fries, but they corrected it and, again, super nice. Makes everything manageable.

  I am a student on campus and came here because it is the most convenient for me. I ordered and waited for 30 minutes before someone told me they were out of what I ordered. Every time I come here it’s like nobody is working and nothing gets done. I hate this bc it’s on campus like helloooooo

  I don’t normally write reviews, but I had a wild experience here today. I walked in to order, and when it was my turn the cashier was giving me attitude for no apparent reason. I told her I wanted the spartan meal, which has multiple different options, so i was confused when she didn’t ask me what I actually wanted, and only asked me what sauce I wanted which was strange. I asked for clarification “don’t i get to pick which thing?” and she was like “so what do you want?” with an annoyed look. I told her i wanted the sandwich and she said “that one doesn’t come with sauce,” then proceeded to give me another annoyed look. I was thinking okay I know, that’s why I was confused that you didn’t even ask what I initially wanted before adding sauce for some reason. But she took it off. I also asked her what bo sauce is, because I don’t go to bojangles very often, and she was like “i don’t know…just bo sauce.” literally giving me the nastiest look. So I was just like okay, I’ll get that one I guess. I was gonna ask if I could change the size of my fry for an extra dollar but at this point I felt like I was just a nuisance to her so I gave up. Then I got to my room and there wasn’t even any sauce in the bag😭. I have experience working in customer service, so I get that we all have bad days or days where things are chaotic. But like she was just so unnecessarily rude and I really don’t know what I did and sort of feel hesitant to come back. Crazy experience

  I absolutely hate coming here! The workers are so slow and take forever to make a simple order. The only reason I go there is because it’s convenient. Management, please get better workers who aren’t just gonna stand in the back and do nothing.

  Im a student at UNCG (2nd year) so I come here kinda often. And every single time I come, it takes 30 to 40 minutes out of my day for them to get my order to me. It doesn’t make any sense to me how it takes that long and there’s about 8 people working in the back. I really think management needs to find some more cook or employees because this is ridiculous. It’s fast food, why is one order taking 30 minutes to make?
