    Would not come here if you want to be quick waited almost 30 mins for food only got a burger and fries and there was only me and one other person in the store

    Food is great, customer service is horrible. Whoever is the tall Light skin guy that walks around with the drive thru headset on customer service is horrible.

    ZERO CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RED FLAG!!! walked in placed order. Young lady acted as if I had did something wrong by coming in to order food. Get her off your front line because she is not helping you out at all being rude to customers. Then left out my side of cheese I paid money for. No aujus with my French dip so maybe I should call it a French because nothing to dip it in. The chicken sandwich well, the chicken itself was like a brick and old. Note to owners and managers, unless you get someone who is going to give better customer service the customer count will continue to be zero. POOR SERVICE AND TERRIBLE FOOD !!!

    The young rude kept Remind me of his navy services not once but twice. Ugh,ok. Ask a couples of guestions he had a rude , professional behavior.And the advertising menu was $7.99 burger sandwiches ad in the tv,app and locations with a burger option that they fail on with a option of beef or chicken sandwich. Wouldn't eat or order here ever again. The chicken sandwich was terrible taste like a cheap savealot chicken pattie always frozen. SMH. Yeah never again. And to think that I use to like this place. We'll back at home I do. Not here in pisgah church street location. Would rather eat McDonald's. Don't even like McDonald's. What makes you think I be back. Didn't you read the review would be back ever your establishment sucks along with the people you have working there. You just lost a loyal customer over the lack of your management. Good day sir.
