    Terrible produce and meat departments. Run down store. Wouldn't stop here again. It's very disappointing there isn't a single well managed Food Lion in GSO. I've stopped shopping completely. That's how bad it's gotten.

    They are currently remodeling so things are disgusting. I didn't buy any meat here as the cases were not clean at all. The staff is rude and the produce is a joke! Empty cases, rotting food. The Basil is literally out at room temp EVERY TIME I'm in there and it's black from rot. You have to refrigerate that or it will go bad. YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT, it's literally YOUR department. I also included a photo from the bathroom, which also was disgusting. Embarrassing that this store is open for business and actually "managed" by a team.

    Poor customer service on Sunday January 4 at 2:15. Whoever was overseeing the front end was just as rude as the female who brought me my grocery order. Do better people. There are plenty of places to buy groceries in Greensboro
