Yall have remodeled which is great , it looks awesome. With that being said your cash register set up is a little confusing especially for people who are regulars who are used to it being a certain way. I walked up to a register that said contactless payment granted I wasn’t paying the most attention as my mind was elsewhere and I was just trying to get a few things and leave . Anyways I walked up to it and attempted to scan my items. They would not scan so I knew that something was wrong and was just gonna wait in line for the cashier who was in front of me. The next thing I know the cashier in front of me rudely scolded me like I was a child embarrassing me in front of everyone. I tried to explain that I mistook the area for a self checkout counter as there was not much in the way of differences in the way they looked I understand that I was in the wrong area which is my fault but the way it was handled was completely unprofessional . Now you have a whole square of self checkouts which I hadn’t even realized was there. When I tried to explain she again rudely and loudly responded to me that the self checkout was over there and gave me a nasty look. I got out of her line and almost just put my stuff back because now I don’t even feel comfortable coming in there and will instead go to the Holden rd Food Lion from now on.
