BY FAR THE WORST FOOD LION IN GREENSBORO!!! Meat department alwayssss empty and when it’s not meats are leaking or old!! Old old! Still on shelf! Cashiers are often confused for some reason and unhelpful. Obviously the manager there doesn’t give a damn so I won’t be back!

This store is absolute chaos
There’s not enough staff running the registers and people everywhere trying to check out, some people with two or three items some people with 100 items… People all over the plane - forming lines halfway down the aisle but you don’t know which register they correspond with and staff directing traffic that don’t know what they’re doing. No one on site with the capacity to steer the ship in any way that makes sense. Go to any other store anywhere else; starvation is preferable to shopping for food here
