Very disappointed with this new opening when I ordered from there twice.
First of all, I don’t know what’s wrong with their coolatta machine. I ordered the same coolatta drink twice, and both time, I received it very melted down. It’s like leaving your slushie in the car to go shopping, to come back to it 50% melted in the sun, and no stirring can help make it slushie again. It’s just a juice drink now.
Second,….wow~ I made a mobile pick-up order 40 minutes ahead of time to give them ample of time! When I got there on time for my pick-up, it wasn’t even made or ready! I ordered a croissant cheese egg sandwiches, which I had to wait in line quite a while for. There was also no costumers inside or in the drive-through. They rushed to make my sandwich, so after waiting almost 10 minutes in my car, they finally gave it to me. When I checked, my croissants were BURNT!! I said whatever and just left. When I got home and was about to eat my BURNT but just-made and “HOT” sandwich, to my shock and surprise……THE SANDWICHES WERE COLD INSIDE!!! !!!!!!!!!! What the heck?! This is the first time ever receiving a burnt croissant with the egg, cheese and sausage COLD INIDE ! I annoyingly had to microwave both sandwiches!
Worst Dunkin experience ever, honestly.
I’ll give them a chance again just because I was so ecstatic that there’s FINALLY a DUNKIN near me after years of wishing for it! Hopefully as time goes by, they do better! And hopefully, that coolatta machine will work properly too.
A slow Sunday afternoon, I order my coffee from the drive thru at 2:11 PM with 3 cars in front of me. At 2:36 I drive away with my luke warm coffee. No sense of urgency from anyone there. I'm staying away!!
This newly opened location went above and beyond in helping my 93 year old father out. He did not see any chocolate frosted cake doughnuts at this store. After discussing his disappointment with Dunkin Doughnut representatives, they went out of their way to make him the chocolate frosted cake doughnuts he was so looking forward to. This is what customer service is all about! A job well done. This location will be a huge success with this kind of customer focus.

Grand opening and I will be back tomorrow for sure. Kai took and gave us our order and she made it such a pleasant experience. Best Dunkin experience to date.
I came on grand opening morning! I’m from NJ and I was missing my Dunkin. We had one here but it just wasn’t the same. Today the customer service was great! I was greater friendly, my order was taken with patience and when I got to the window I was greeted with a smile. I got 3 items to see if they would “hit the spot”. A small French vanilla coffee, light and sweet. A bacon egg and cheese on croissant, and a French Cruller. Everything was PERFECT! The sandwich was toasted not just warmed in a microwave. The donut was soft and fresh and the coffee had the perfect balance of boldness and smoothness. They are just opening, in fact it’s the only store in the strip that is open yet. The rest are still under construction so the atmosphere is still developing.
