  Ok so I never write reviews and have had this same bad experience multiple months now, so I’m here. Saturdays around 6-7 pm we always swing by and get a coffee, the staff literally doesn’t wear the head set or has it off or COMPLETELY ignores you. After pulling up to the window beeping or knocking on the window even MULTIPLE days is ridiculous. Do Better, I’m a paying customer WHO TIPS!

  I normally don’t give one star, I just go my way and forget the poor experience, I blame this on the management, you can’t blame minimum wage workers. I just want a fresh donut that’s all. DD failed and I am sorry

  I've never met a hash brown or a tater tot that I didn't like until today. Something in that fryer burnt including, but not limited to, the hash browns. These were the worst I have ever had and plan on ever having. It was like I was eating cigarette ashes. The banana cloud latte was delicious but there was so much ice that I barely turned off National Service Road before I was out of beverage even though I ordered the largest size. I can't believe I paid almost $12 for so much disappointment. I will not be returning.

  After seeing all the reviews about this place I’ve finally decided to come here. I have never been to this location before. And I waited 30 mins in the drive through line before getting 1 coffee. I don't wanna be the person to say this but this place should be shut down or all of the employees need to be fired there is no reason why I’m the second car in the drive through line for my order to take over 30 mins long.
