- COCindy Osorio4 days ago1.0I received a free iced coffee through a promotion, but after drinking about half, I discovered a bug in the remaining portion. I reported the issue, and the general manager, Brittney, was kind, professional, and willing to help, even offering a gift card pending approval. When I returned to pick it up, the district manager (different manager did not provide her name) declined the gift card. While I understood the decision, the response lacked concern for the issue itself. The situation was handled with little empathy, no apology was offered, and the only resolution provided was a free drink. My concern is not about the gift card, but the lack of proper customer service, time and I drove during my break and seriousness given to the situation.
