- KJK JMar 16, 20261.0I’ve had enough with this location. They constantly get the food orders wrong, and on top of that the attitudes from the staff are terrible. This is now the fourth time I’ve picked up my order, gotten to my destination, and realized the order was incorrect. What makes it even more frustrating is that the order is correct on both the receipt and the ticket attached to the items, yet the food inside the bag is still wrong. It feels like no one is paying attention when preparing the orders. After repeatedly dealing with the same issue, it’s clear that this location needs better management and more attention to accuracy. Customers should not have to check their bags every single time just to make sure the order was made correctly. At this point, I will not be returning. The repeated mistakes and poor customer service have made the experience extremely disappointing.

When she did come out occasionally, she was totally rude to the girl that she was supposed to be training. Terrible, terrible management: no prioritization, no effective training, and a terrible attitude from the woman we saw today. I dont wanna come back just because I dont want to support someone who’s such an ignorant jerk lol
