- AKAshok KumarFeb 5, 20261.0I ordered a vegetarian pizza and vegetarian pasta on Dec 31 evening. While the pizza was correct, the pasta was delivered as chicken instead of veg. I immediately contacted the store and was told it was a mistake on their end. They promised store credit, so I chose not to escalate the issue on New Year’s Eve. I took photos of the incorrect item and discarded it. When I later visited the store with my order number, confirmation email, and photos, the staff denied the order entirely, claiming they never received it. This experience was extremely disappointing. It’s not about the cost, but about being dismissed and made to feel dishonest despite providing clear proof. I expected much better customer service from a brand like Domino’s. Would think twice before ordering again from this location.
