- CLCurtis LewisApr 7, 20262.0We called in around 11:30 p.m. to place an order. We specifically asked what they be able to deliver to our location. they said yes and took our order and charged us. 10 minutes later they called back and said that they were not delivering to our location and it would be approximately 48 hours to receive a refund. We then asked could we just come and pick it up, the young lady I spoke to was very hostile. I asked to speak to someone else, he was very obliging and said we could come and pick it up. We got there they attempted to charge us over $15 more than what the original price was because they said that was the online price. Since we were picking it up, it was a different price. Needless to say we were not going for that, we ended up getting the delivery price, and we had to pay again. but 72 hours later have not refunded the original cost.
- LTLalette TuckerMar 27, 20265.0I had an exceptional experience with the employees at this location…I placed an online order for delivery…and I did not receive my sauces so I called the store to see if they could catch the driver because he may have just left them in the car…(simple mistake) the young lady that answered the phone was polite, with a great attitude she addressed my issue and handled it very well and the young delivery man came back and delivered my sauces. Thank you all !!! Good job!!!

She turned around to look at peoples orders and stuck her entire hand down the backside of her pants and scratched her crack inside of her pants and then proceeded to touch other people’s food. I am so unbelievably disgusted seeing this and also seeing how casual she did it. It’s not a stretch to say probably does this all the time. How unbelievably disgusting. Feel free to check the cameras this was around 8:10 on 03.06.26
