  I want to rave about my awesome awesome visit today 😎. My experience here was a 1000 on a scale of one to ten. Isabella Womack, the cashier, went above and beyond the call of duty by going the extra step to make sure I am a happy happy customer. She helped me with my rewards and working the application. She saw my bowl 🥣 of double protein was not fully full because of the rush and long line, and she took it personally off my tray and filled it to the top. I remembered her from past visits and saw how she is the girl who just wants to help and make customers have an extraordinary chipotle experience. I have choices, like everyone else, but always come here because the service is great, thanks to Isabella and others like her, where it is always clean, and they fill your bowl, always with a smile. Other chipotle in the area are nothing like this one. I wish they would make Isabella the manager because she leads by example and is always on top of her game

  Today was the worst experience in my entire life. I will NEVER foot in this chipotle again. I ordered two kids meal and a chicken bowl. I come to this location frequently. They charged me $1.60 per small container for pico, cheese, corn and sour cream. They never charged me for additional toppings and on top of that they were low on steak and tried to scoop the remaining steak (why aren’t the containers filled during lunch time rush?). Before adding toppings that you want to charge share that with the customer prior to register or at the register. I had to review my receipt to see it. I asked for the manager and shared I’ve never been charged before, had I known I wouldn’t have ordered it. Manager had a bad attitude and said yes we charged. I didn’t want a free meal, but she should have been considerate. Very disturb and disgusted!

  Manger terell didn’t have cheese vinaigrette lettuce and a few more things. I asked were they out he said it had to be prepped . Meaning they have the food just don’t want to get it and prep it . I asked the female making the food do yall have any cheese queso she said yes I said okay can substitute it . I don’t understand if yall out of more than 3 products why the manger does have common sense to substitute and accommodate. Bad enough yall didn’t have no salsa but poor customer service too I told him they don’t have no cheese so if u gonna make me pay for queso and it’s not even a side of queso you can redo the burrito he had the server redo the burrito with a line of 5 ppl now approaching .

  THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I’ve always had problems coming to this location but my mother wanted to come here so we went. To start everyone working had the nastiness attitude ever, orders were getting mixed up and too may workers just talking shit about people. My mother asked nicely to check to see if the orders were right before she purchased it and they still got it wrong. Every single worker here is rude, has a bad attitude, rolls their eyes and can’t communicate WHAT SO EVER.
