    I wanted to take the time to leave a positive review on the excellent customer service that I received and witnessed on today. I visited this location today during one of the busiest times of the day -- lunch time! I ordered my food from the table using the QR Code on the table. Wait time was not bad considering it was 12p! Our food was served hot and delicious. What I want to highlight most about my visit today was the outstanding customer service and hospitality I received and witnessed from Mrs. Portia today. Mrs. Portia checked on me and my daughter a few times while we were enjoying our food with a genuine smile and positive disposition. I watched her check on several other customers and assisted with taking their trays to the trash, assisting another customer taking their food to their car, getting refills/extra bags, cleaned the tables and chairs, etc. She didn't show any signs of stress or negative body language. She showed genuine care to her customers and to the dinning area gracefully. Everyone wants to eat good food, but most importantly everyone wants the best customer service when visiting a restaurant. This experience was not my first experience with Mrs. Portia. I have came inside this Chick-fil-A to eat and have observed the same interactions with Mrs. Portia. Mrs. Portia nailed it! Thank you Chick-Fil-A for adding an excellent, hard-working, and caring person to your team! I'll be back to dine in and enjoy Mrs. Portia's company.

    I am beyond annoyed and honestly really disappointed with this experience. I ordered something incredibly simple, a large diet lemonade, through the mobile app before even arriving. You would think that would be one of the easiest orders to get right. Instead, I sat in line for 18 minutes, not because it was busy, but because my order kept getting overlooked. I literally watched multiple cars behind me, with large and complicated food orders, get served before me. Somehow, my single drink kept getting pushed aside. When they finally got to me, they handed me a medium, non-diet lemonade. I told them I paid for a large, so they brought out a large, but it still was not diet. At that point, I honestly do not even think the drink they gave me was correct. It looked like they may have just removed the label from the original drink and handed it back to me. What made it worse was the attitude. The staff seemed visibly annoyed, like I was inconveniencing them by asking for the correct order, when all I did was order a basic drink. I have had issues at this location before with incorrect orders, especially in the mornings, but this experience really pushed it over the edge. When a place consistently gets things wrong and also makes the customer feel like a problem for pointing it out, that is a bigger issue. At this point, it is probably in my best interest to stop going to this location altogether. Honestly, I should have just gone to the grocery store and gotten a lemonade myself.

    Jalen is my man he is awesome very attentive and he is the only one who has every got my order correct and it is not a complicated or hard order/request. A #7 Grilled club sandwich substitute the grill fillet for a fried one. He is the only one you placed the order and it was made correctly. ,👍👍👍

    This is probably one of the worst locations of all the ones in Greensboro & I bet it’s because it’s independently owned.. I prefer the franchise ones over the independent ones..Management at the independent ones are usually nowhere near as good as franchised ones.. I also hear they do not treat their employees great at all at this location.. I’ll drive to a franchised one before I ever go back to this independent one.

    I haven't been this disappointed at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru in a long time. I just moved to Greensboro. I have eaten at Chick-fil-As all over the country. I was sure of three absolutes... Death, taxes, and a dependably efficient Chick-fil-A drive-thru! Not on Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro! I thought it was a blessing that there were only four cars in the Drive-Thru at 7:01 a.m.! I mean what Chick-fil-A drive-thru is not wrapped around the building at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday?!? My blessing turned into a curse when I soon realized the reason local citizenry aren't patronizing this establishment is the fact that it's so inefficient it takes forever to get through the drive-thru! Again disappointing that this is my new neighborhood Chick-fil-A.
