The service is ALWAYS impeccable at any and every chil fil a u go to! Inside and outside are always cleaning and employees are always steadily cleaning up! With a SMILE!! They're outside in the drive thru coming to you to take ur order ...like I said across the board chick fila delivers!!!!..... Oh and of course most locations have a clean and much loved play place for the littles!!!

- JGJordan GriffinNov 21, 20252.0Slowest Chic Fil A in the world. Expect a 10 minute wait for 1 biscuit when you're the only one there. No idea who's calling team meetings in the middle of breakfast rush at ~9 am but that's a patently awful idea/practice and should be changed immediately. Save it for an email or something. Imagine the 10-15 minutes of everyone awkwardly and uncomfortably standing there (customers included!!!!!!!!!) praying for it to be over so they can get back to work/their lives. During this process customers are completely ignored out of what seems sheer embarrassment, until it's over. Won't be back until this change happens. Corporate can find other ways to feel good about themselves. Customers first please.
