  I had an issue with my order at CAVA, and Kayla completely turned the experience around. She was calm, patient, and genuinely kind while helping me fix everything quickly. Instead of making it feel like a hassle, she made me feel heard and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who handles situations with that level of professionalism and positivity. Kayla went above and beyond to make sure my order was right and that I left happy. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Give her the recognition she deserves—she’s amazing!

  Our experience was amazing! We had just left the gender reveal for our first grandchild. The manager MaKenzie was super engaging. She noticed the sticker on my shirt and asked about it, we talked and she was super sweet. She congratulated us and took care of our meal! She was very friendly and genuine. It meant so much that she acknowledged our special day for us. Acts of kindness like that make you feel like you are not just another customer. We will definitely visit the West Wendover location again.

  I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE NO LONGER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!! THE WORKERS ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE ATTITUDES FOR NO REASON, THEY NEVER FIX MY BOWLS RIGHT AND EVERY TIME THEY MESS THEM UP THEY GET MAD AT THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE TO BE REMADE! ITS NEVER IM SO SORRY OR WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT OR NOTHING! THEY WILL JUST THROW WHATEVER IN YOUR BOWL REGARDLESS WHAT YOU REQUESTED IN YOUR BOWL ITS STRAIGHT UP TRASH AND THE MANAGER WAS THE WORST ONE THE WHOLE CREW NEEDS TO BE FIRED TODAY!

  The workers were so disrespectful from the moment my group walked in. My sports team all came in together to enjoy a meal, and the workers were extremely rude. In the first 2 minutes they are yelling at us about how to stand and that there is not chicken. This was my first time at Cava, and I didn't know what to order. I asked for a bowl with lettuce and rice, and they started making and adding things I didn't want. I tell the lady that I didn't want that, and she aggressively makes a new one. When she was done, she gave it to the cashier and said under her breath but loud enough for me to hear, "Jesus Christ." This was extremely unprofessional and ruined the atmosphere for everyone there.

  Shoutout to Mackenzie and the team at CAVA on W Wendover. Top tier 👏 The food is always perfectly seasoned, fresh, and consistent — you can actually taste the quality. Portions are perfect too, they don’t skimp. What really sets this location apart is the energy. The staff is always friendly, smiling, and welcoming every time I walk in. Mackenzie specifically stood out — super attentive and made the experience feel personal. That kind of service is rare. I go out of my way to come to this location, and that says everything. 🔥 🔥
