  I had the skewered shrimp and a salad. Waitress was great. I had not been here on years because I always had issues with the pasta being cooked "al dente". I preferred it over rather than under cooked. Maybe I'll give it another try.

  The fact that the parking lot was empty on a Sunday afternoon should have been a warning to avoid. The food was good but the service was awful. Upon entering, no one greeted us even though several people walked by. The young man that seated us barely acknowledged our existence. When our drinks arrived, I asked for sweetener and the server attended to the table behind us 4 times without bringing it. We asked again and she failed to deliver. My husband finally went up to the bar to get it. By this time, the ice in my tea had melted. We aren't big eaters so we ordered 2 sides and it took about 25 to 30 minutes to get it. I understand that serving is a hard, thankless job but going out is a luxury in today's economy. It would have been nice to have been treated as if they wanted customers at all.

  Carrabbas has great food. Me my husband and four friends came to Greensboro Carrabas at 6 pm. The service was horrible. We don’t usually complain. We were all so disappointed. The wait staff so incompetent. The bartender on staff night thankfully was great and tried to make up for 3 waitstaff deficiencies. Again, we never write reviews. We were so dissatisfied

  I walked in (at 2:30) and went to the bar. As a single diner, that's usually where I go anywhere. The server on duty thought I was a drunk (I'm guessing because of the bar...and my speach impediment). But she eventually realized I was O.K. I've been to a few Carrabba's, even worked at the NMB location. The food was ok, not the best but not worst. The service was iffy on the start but they warmed up. The building/decor needs some work. Didn't get pics but there are some stucco/grout issues behind the bar that are obviously visible. Not that it determined my experience, just want to let the "higher-ups" know. Take care of your subordinates and they'll take care of you.

  This is our first visit to the location in Greensboro. The food was great and the service was even greater. I want to recognize Selah (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and Drew. Miss Selah handled both tables and the bar. Mr Drew was assigned to the two booths next to ours. Their teamwork was amazing. While Selah was busy prepping drinks, Drew was making sure her tables were still well attended to, making this a very seamless visit. Thank y'all and we return soon!
