She was unfriendly, extremely short, rolled her eyes when I asked a question and made me feel like I was a bother. Fortunately, the other two women were very friendly and and extremely helpful.

- KSKendra SApr 6, 20261.0I Recently ordered two bagels and an iced coffee through DoorDash from Bruegger's Bagels. The iced coffee was great, and the everything bagel was very tasty. Unfortunately, the pumpernickel bagel I ordered (toasted) arrived completely burnt and was inedible. I tried calling the store to report the issue and waited about five minutes before someone answered. When I finally spoke to the manager, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, the food quality was inconsistent and the customer service experience fell short. I hope they improve both going forward.

I failed to get names but the lady at the cash register checking me out was rushing me instead of assisting me with my rewards when I was having trouble and there was no one else in the store. To top it off I left with an untoasted bagel because they did not bother to toast it. I love brueggers bagels but I was disappointed with this experience.
