  My wife and I decided spur of the moment to give Bravo Italian Kitchen a try as we were both in the mood for something different and we had not been here before. First for a Friday night they were not busy at all but were very slow from the second we walked in the door. There was only one hostess trying to seat the line up of people. She was also wiping down tables and cleaning up multiple issues that were taking place. Our server was very nice but not very efficient. We did not have an appetizer but very much enjoyed the bread served before the meal. Unfortunately that’s about the only good side of our experience here. Drinks took way longer than they should have especially considering they were only a beer and a tea. 30 minutes from the time we were seated until the salad came. Then another long wait before the meal was served. When the food did come out it was not hot and in fact part of it was basically room temperature. The waitress kept blaming it on a new system that they were using for the first time. We did notice though that there were other tables that were being served by different wait staff that sat way after us and left way before us. While I know accidents happen there were several different issues of dishes being dropped right next to us resulting in glasses shattering!!all the result of wait staff trying to clear too many dishes at once without the aid of any type of bin. Overall food was sub par and way overpriced for the quality.

  I went to a meeting of my company here at Bravo restaurant, and I, not going out and about as I should, had never been there before. Immediately, upon walking in, i was greeted with a smile and a cheerful face and directed to where my people were at. The place is beautifully presented in every which way. It's huge for one thing, it's light and reasonably bright so as not to blind one! The interior was lovely in the way it was presented, but then came the best part, service and the food! The servants were great at getting our food out to us, after ordering, and they were friendly and pleasant, also presenting with smiles and warmth towards each one of us. Even before our main meal was prepared we had delicious appetizers of tasteful bread sticks. The main meal was absolutely delicious, and I forget when I tasted Italian food before that tasted this good! Then, after eating, the staff was very proficient in clearing away our empty plates and used cutlery bringing the part most people love most, the dessert. That was absolutely delicious too. All in all it was a super time, and I would love to take my family there next time they come to visit. Thank you Bravo, you all are awesome!

  Ashley was our server and she was wonderful very attentive! Beautiful smile nice a friendly! My first time and I will be back!

  Our server Miranda was really nice! She was sweet and friendly. She even made me some tasty iced coffee. Her recommendations were spot on with the dessert. The food was good too esp the bread and tomato oil sauce they provide! Would recommend this place!

  Had dinner on Good Friday and it was Amazing!!!! Food was fast and Hot. Lots of staff on the floor and management checking on customers. And lots of staff working the kitchen. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
