  Bojangles is Bojangles, but THIS one made the mark. Food was hot, it was fresh, and the staff were courteous and friendly. Clean inside and outside. One of the better Bo times I've had.

  I recently visited a Bojangles location and left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. The wait time was significantly longer than expected, especially considering it wasn’t during peak hours. What made matters worse was the lack of clear communication from the staff—responses were short and came across as borderline rude, which did not help ease the frustration of the delay. When I finally received my order, the quality did not make up for the wait. My chicken sandwich was poorly assembled, noticeably sloppy, and lacked an appropriate amount of mayo, leaving it dry and unappetizing. Attention to detail and basic customer service seemed to be lacking during this visit.

  There's a roach in my sprite!! They legit saw it and still put a lid on it and gave it to us!! We are trashing the whole order cos its probably full of fried roaches 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮

  They need to close store those employees having to much fun back there food cold over cooked or under cook just looking at you like you crazy for eating it knowing they handling without a care in the world ewwwi lost money and I'm disappointed
