  Needs remodeling. But biggest issue is that the shift manager says they do not offer refunds, and that would be fine but it was not a refund that was my fault. After ordering, not seeing any signs before ordering that a food product was not available that I ordered, then waiting almost 12 minutes, I was told the product was not available! Manager said that they do not give refunds but I could get something else, but if I wanted something else thats what I would have ordered so I asked for a refund, thats when I was told they dont do refunds, so I am out a little less than $4.00, but thats not the concern I have, its more that the sold out product was not listed on the menu board or on the Entry doors and even worse concern is the no refund policy not posted. I do not spend a lot with Arby's but what I did spend has now become $0.00!

  Got a Reuben sandwich and it was off the hook very good sandwich lot of meat

  Would not come here if you want to be quick waited almost 30 mins for food only got a burger and fries and there was only me and one other person in the store
