- GGGGOct 7, 20251.0Usually, this Foodlion is good on customer service as they have always made me feel valued as a customer. Yesterday, I was in the store when another customer was complaining about a to-go order. These types of orders are convenient to get, Usually, but her order was not ready & I herd her say this was like the 3rd time it wasn't ready upon arrival. After some time her order was bought out & she left the store. As I'm getting my receipt I overheard 2 employees & a customer calling her derogatory names 🤦🏾♀️. I proceeded to tell them they should talk about customers in private & definitely not in front of other customers. I actually knew the customer who came in for the to-go order & stated I would be calling customer service to report this incident. One of the workers gave me his full name & said go ahead call them 🤷🏾♀️ he most don't know how I roll 🤔 I went to pick up my take out food order, but when foodlion customer care came on the line I walked back down to Foodlion & handed my phone to one of the rude employees & his attitude changed real quick 🙄 I told them girl at customer service this as well & with employee Ike that walmart would take the rest of their business or customers would go 15 mins down 55 to the Bridgeton store. At the time of this post nobody from the store has called for my details on this incident.
