My sub was more like a 3”, and my cookies were so hard, they taste like they were made a week ago. The girl making my sub slapped so much sauce on it, that it seeped through the paper, and I had to wipe the sub itself with a napkin when I got home. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I didn’t catch her name, but I’ll probably not get a sub made by her anymore. :(

I have never seen such an incapable employees in my life. Couldn't even roll up the sub in the wrapper. Had no clue what heated and toasted meant. Took half an hour to make a single 6 inch sub. And by the time they were done, it was ice cold. You could easily fire the entire staff and probably end up better off for it. I'll eat elsewhere from now on as I have no faith whatsoever in this establishment.
