Placed a breakfast order and arrived well before 10:30, tried to pick it up in curbside only to be met with a canceled order after sitting and waiting. No explanation either. Had multiple bad experiences with disrespectful and rude staff at this location. The managers don’t seem concerned when their employees are being extremely disrespectful and complaining to a customers face about doing what they are paid to do and will go as far as to laugh about it and roll their eyes. Definitely in need of a staff clean out at this location. Upper management should be ashamed. Better off just driving to Hudson or hickory.
