  Literally the worst one you can goto. Was charged $16 for 12 doughnuts to get there and them tell me they only have 4 of the doughnuts. Refused to give me a refund and had no management or anyone over the age of 18 on the premises. Had two workers in the store and the store owner was supposed to reach out to me and resolve this issue but never did. They took $16 and refused to give me the doughnuts OR MY MONEY BACK. Horrible management, workers and owner. Don’t goto this one.

  I genuinely don’t know why there are so many 1 star reviews. This location has been great. They’re always friendly and my breakfast was amazing this morning!! I feel like they take the time to make sure your coffee is made the way you order it as well. I usually do pick up orders and so far I haven’t had any issues.

  I don't know why I keep trying to get a coffee at this dunkin. Knowing that it keeps getting made wrong every single time. It's not that difficult to make a caramel iced coffee with Almond milk and regular sugar. The one in hickory never has messed up an order. Neither has the one in lenoir. This dunkin takes your order , then ask you again at the window what you wanted, and what flavors. Then they still proceed to mess it up. This is nowhere near the right coffee. It tastes like a cup of cream and milk. There's no caramel flavor. There is no coffee flavor. Its really ridiculous and a waste of money. The young girl with the long pony tail tonight (11/26) looked like she was high. And sounded like it too because she couldn't understand my order. Please fix the workers and maybe yall will get better ratings.

  I ordered a dozen donuts from the app at 6pm, and they had none of the donuts available. I asked to cancel the order, and no one at the store can cancel an order. I had to call the help number and wait almost 30 minutes to finally get the order canceled. Still haven't received the refund.

  The only thing reliable about this location is that it is the slowest drive through in Caldwell County. The food is usually mediocre to poor as far as Duncan donuts food goes, the coffee for the most part is adequate. The staff though always polite have consistently shown no motivation to keep customers moving in a timely manner. It is nothing to sit and wait 30 minutes in the drive through line with only 1-2 other cars waiting in the queue. Honestly I would probably never come back to location if it wasn’t for my wife wanting an iced coffee on our way to church every Sunday morning. Again the staff has always been polite but they lack leadership and motivation.
