  The food is never bad however customer service plays A LOT in where i’m gonna eat. I don’t care how good the food is if the service is shitty. yall need to get that AI bullshit off the ordering speaker and make real people do their actual job and stop hiding lazily behind the speaker when they can HEAR we are struggling with the AI. You get to the window and asked for your order to be repeated and they can’t even do that correctly??? AI didn’t get my order correct and the lady couldn’t read it to me because that was just to much for her to comprehend so of course $14 WRONG. fast food just keeps going further and further downhill

  Apparently they don’t have white gravy at lunch for biscuits and gravy anymore even though the other locations do

  Waited 20 mins for our food. We had to go back and ask for our food. They had lost our order. We didnt order toomuch. People who ordered after us were served first. No order to the filling of orders. Crew seemed to not know what going on.

  Today will be the 2 time in about 2 months the order was wrong. For the second time myself and my roommate have ordered a biscuit at around 5:15 AM and both times got home to eat and there was no meat after we had ordered a ham egg and cheese biscuit. And the other many times that I have not called you might as well get a fork out to eat the biscuit because it falls apart. It makes me wonder do these people not have any training or are they just being lazy so if I could only give a quarter of a star instead of one I would do that.
