Ordered at 4:39 p.m. No interaction with any employee. My back was placed on the counter at 4:56. By 4:50, the lobby was so full you couldn't get through. Employees just kept walking in and out through the crowd, never acknowledging any of the customers. When I exited the restaurant there were five employees hanging out inside the door and on the side of the restaurant. This is not an employee issue, that's a management issue. Pack a lunch if you intend to eat here.
