  Rude staff ordered online to avoid waiting, waited for 1hr this is by far one of the worst fast food experiences I've had, staff is unfriendly and rude, avoid this location if your hungry. If you must order just go through their drive through the app will just cost you time and headaches.

  I ordered a large tea, oatmeal and selected 10 sugars on the app. When I arrived, I got a large cup of water, no tea bag and no sugar. Morning crew needs to do better

  Honestly, this is the worst location between Burlington and Mebane I had issues a couple of months ago with getting my order and I decided to give them another chance. I placed my order ahead of time for just a Frappuccino and from check-in to get to the window, I was sitting in the line for about 12 minutes for me to get to the window for them just to tell me that I needed it to be parked after waiting for so long for one thing. I kindly asked them to cancel my order and it looks like they didn’t because the app keeps saying it’s being prepared, even though it wasn’t even started and I still never got back my money.

  Food is not great. It took them so long to get the two burgers right that the fries were cold. Also the Hunter meal is absolutely not worth it!

  Food is good but everytime i order a folded egg in my breakfast sandwich there are shells which turn me off fully. Stop rushing the orders and take your time.
