She took my order and verified my order with the total. She continued the positive customer service experience as I pulled to the next window. She repeated my order total, handed me my change, my order and stated to have a nice day. She was very pleasant. This location has always given me a positive and wonderful customer service.

- WBWilliam BSep 16, 20251.0We DoorDashed and accidentally left the beef off the taco when we placed the order. It was a key punch error. I went back and asked them to put the beef on them. The manager said “well it’s not our fault you ordered tacos without meat” and I said “would you order a burger from McDonalds without a burger!?” She said, “Well that’s not my problem and that’s your mistake, not ours!” Instead of just making it right it became a black against white issue. Manager said I cussed them all out in which I didn’t albeit I was quite angry because ALL of the employees started yelling at me while the manager did nothing to deescalate the situation. Always enjoyed the food when it was made correctly but needless to say I will NEVER be going back!!! If I can give negative stars on the service and atmosphere, I definitely would have done so.
