The machine is always broken and they never have an idea of when it's going to be fixed so for this I will continue to give them a low rating. Why not get a different machine altogether instead of Taylor brand so that you can have something to service your customers on a regular basis. Customer service is horrible when you go inside and I understand they are teenagers but you still have a business to conduct. Chick-fil-A would never hire someone with bad customer service
