If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-thru today and was shocked by how disrespectful the employees were. I have never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting. I usually love Arby’s, but this experience was unacceptable.I wasn’t greeted at all—no “hello,” no “how are you,” nothing. Instead, I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at, which was completely unnecessary. Mind you, this was around 11 in the morning, so I was surprised to see such negative attitudes that early in the day. It makes me wonder how many other customers have been treated the same way.
All I expected was basic respect, and I didn’t receive that. I remained calm and didn’t argue back, yet I was still treated badly. Employees represent the brand, and behavior like this reflects poorly on the business.
Management seriously needs to address this issue by retraining staff on professionalism and customer service, because no customer should be treated this way. Very disappointing experience.

I visited for both lunch and dinner today, and the experience was unacceptable. The wait times were incredibly long, but the real issue was the management. On both shifts the managers were unprofessional and rude when addressed and moving very quick not listening. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they fix their staffing and management attitude. Some of the employees in this business definitely feed off of the management and it shows!!

Stopped in here last night and had a great experience. The employees Greg and Xienana were incredibly helpful and polite! The food was fresh and the service was fast.

The service was amazing thanks to the girl at the register. She was welcoming and handled everything smoothly. Definitely coming back.
