  Their service is absolutely terrible. They're so quiet and don't even announce your order. Absolutely no manners either. I said "Good afternoon, how are you?" & this young man at the cash register mumbled an answer incoherently. Boy, that's not how you talk to a woman. He was acting like it's my fault he's broke. YOU chose this job sir. My food was horrendous as well. Why was the lettuce in my salad mostly brown... The website forced me to give this place a star. If I could it would be ZERO.

  Cold food, missing items payed for, employees w nasty attitudes once you mention that something wrong with the order and the worst is the manager because she allows this horrendous service and is part of this. Need a whole new trained crew, specially a new manager that knows what they are doing and not only running this store to the ground. This staff don't think that with bad customer service they lose customers.....No customers, no business.... Common Sense! Time to find you a job that doesn't involve customers because you're pathetic at it, is an understatement! Worst restaurant I've been 🤢😒👎👎👎

  Ordered through doordash and not only was the frosty machine not working.. but instead of fries what sick joke was it to give us a handful of salt instead of fries. Thanks night shift for nothing

  ​Very disappointed with the food quality here. My mom and I were served undercooked burgers twice. Even after asking for a remake, the meat was still pink, and the manager eventually said they couldn't cook them further. While the nuggets and fries were fine and they did give me a refund, the lack of consistency with the burgers is a major safety concern. I won't be back for the burgers.
