  One star because of my interaction with Casey, the general manager. The way the situation was handled left a very bad impression. Casey came across as rude, dismissive, and more focused on shutting the conversation down than actually addressing the issue. I did not feel listened to, and the interaction made the experience worse instead of better. When a customer raises a concern, management should be able to respond calmly and professionally. That was not my experience. The tone felt condescending, the response felt defensive, and I left feeling like my concern was treated as an inconvenience. A restaurant can recover from a mistake. It is much harder to overlook poor management. Based on how Casey handled the situation, I would not return and would not recommend this restaurant.

  Best smashed burgers in Goldsboro! Stopped by after the Mt. Olive pickle festival, and it was worth it. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

  The burger was great and Sterling did great behind the bar best service and food I’ve had in a while!
