  This Subway is straight trash. I order online very frequently and I always include in the note please be sure to add bacon on the sub. I shouldn't even have to put that up there because the chicken bacon ranch comes with bacon but the last three times I have came here they did not add bacon on the sub. Tonight was no exception the lady actually called and told me they had no bacon. I simply said okay I still wanted the order because I did not cook. I get my food and check it I have tomatoes and other ingredients on my subs that I did not ask for. Also the bread does not even taste done it tastes very doughy. This is my last order here. Not to mention all of the sauce dripping from the subs.

  Whatever you do, do NOT place a mobile order. I sat for 30 minutes waiting while I saw them work on everybody else’s. When I finally get mine it’s wrong, I go back in and wait another 30+ minutes. Our subs were a sloppy mess, my husband’s sub was so bad he couldn’t even finish it. A nitpicky complaint I have is it’s a freaking oven in there. Not only did I have to wait but I felt like I was cooking. I heard other people complaining and saw someone else go back in with a wrong order.

  Visited this subway today, and was really happy to see the smiling face of Lanyah. She has waited on me before a few times, and every time she is in a wonderful mood, and makes an awesome sandwich. Today after having been waited on yet again by such a hardworking and pleasant employee, I had to request a way to thank her. So thank you, Lanyah, for caring about your job and customers! Great customer service is diminishing in this world, and it so nice to see a young smiling face still keeping it alive. 5 Stars!

  The Goldsboro subway 2106 Wayne memorial drive is the worst experience I have ever had in my life placed an online order witch we money was taken out of account get there and after being in there 10 minutes without anyone speaking I let them no I placed online order they said ohh we’re out of tuna and stated there nothing they can do and continue to help other customers instead talking care of my order so I waited another 30 minutes before the lines where cleared before even spoke about how they were going to make it right and I had to speak up again to get them to realize that I was still here I will never go back there again and would never recommend anyone to go there!!!! They do not care how they treat customers or if they already got your money from online order or not !

  I arrived at 5:00 to get my online order that said it would be ready at 4:55. There was 2 people in the store ahead of me and I was told my order would be 3rd in line. The associate kept taking walk in people ahead of me at 5:17 a second associate walked in. So at 5:30 I finally got my order. I will not be ordering from this location again
