- MSMiKayla SmithApr 15, 20261.0I placed my order on the app for delivery and 5 minutes later I get a phone call from the manager saying they are cancelling and refunding my order because they are closing early for “in-store maintenance….” Then proceeded to tell me that I would get my refund in 3-4 business days. Poor management and just bad business.
- RRRealtyme ReviewFeb 13, 20261.0So, the first thing I noticed no one washes their hands, no hairnets or gloves. Is this a new norm? My pizza was too saucy, I asked for light sauce and well done. The manager remade it. He didn’t wash his hands nor did he have gloves. The next one I received was undercooked. I would have to put it back in the oven. I just threw it in the trash. This use to be a great Papa Johns it is going downhill and I will not support. The health department really needs to do a check on this place before someone gets seriously sick. The Large pizza looks like a medium. New, clean management needs to take over this establishment. ASAP!

(The girl said it would be done ✔️ n 10 mins) The bread was doughy , more cheese than pizza sauce. The cheese was awful, is tasted like glue. I will NOT be back for a while

Tried to call store but they were not answering. Call customer service and they said they had to check with store and I would be contacted in 72 hrs. Went to the store next day. They were short staffed and I had to wait 30 min to speak to manager. Finally got my refund.
