  Clean and great customer service. The food was lacking however. I’ve been to Jimmy John’s all over the country and this is my first negative experience. The subs we ordered (2 turkey toms) barely had any meat or vegetables! It was very disappointing and my family will definitely be dining elsewhere while in Goldsboro. TLDR; Barely any fillings. Save your money, get a sub from somewhere else.

  Truly impressed with jimmy johns today the store was clean the service was quick! Food was delicious! What's not to love! 😍

  Ordered a tuna sub, got a turkey. Aside from the order being wrong, the service was really rude as well. My husband (who is overweight) went in to order for the whole family and got everyone cookies - a worker came out from the back and said "you shouldn't be eating all those cookies man." Regardless of who the cookies were for, the comment was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

  I was disappointed with my recent visit. My sub was soggy, the vegetables did not seem fresh, and the customer service was lacking. I hope the restaurant works on improving food quality and overall service!!

  Restaurant was very clean, comfortable, the cashier was welcoming, and the guy that made my food was polite and courteous. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch combo. The sauce was very good, food was good, the bread was my favorite: warm, toasted, slight crunch on the outside,but soft on the inside. The only thing I didn't like was the sandwich size was on the smaller side. Other than that, 10/10 overall.
