they didn’t melt my cheese on my cheesy fries so when i said something about it this man rolled his eyes at me and the cheese was literally just sprinkled on my fries, was not melted at all and my fries were nasty

Placed an order and the app was messing up so I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered I then had to call a different one to see if they could contact the manager and see if the order was successfully put through and the woman gladly helped me and called the store we ordered from and called me back notifying me that they had the order and it wasn't picked up. I called the store we ordered from after multiple times they finally picked up but had an attitude and wouldn't let me speak. My brother drove up there and went through drive through and the employee gave my brother an attitude and said they didn't have the order. Was not pleased at all with this location they do not have manners and do not work well with customers and never answer their phone!
