    UPDATE: McDonald’s replied at the bottom like they are concerned or going to do something but I reached out to them & they haven’t contacted me back. Their reply is just for looks!! We came in on Dec.7, 2025. Wanted to get the Grinch meal. The employee said we are out of the meal. So wanted to order a Big Mac meal couldn’t get a Big Mac they had no buns. So again settled for double quarter pounders for those two meals. Next meal ordered bacon quarter pounder. Got meal no bacon. Ask for bacon employee states they are cooking it. Waited about 10 minutes went back up there for bacon. Manager came up & ask who wanted the bacon. I do & my sandwich is cold by now. But she said she would get it. She came back with two & a half pieces of bacon that had been back there since that morning. Wasn’t hot sure hadn’t been cooking. With all this the fries came out cold from the very beginning of our order. Spent about $50. Will not happen again @ this McDonald’s!!!!

    Good customer service at this location. They accommodate special orders (well done) with no problem. Dining room is well maintained and nicely decorated.

    I only go to mcd once every 6 months or so and for the last several years its been a horrible experience. Screens are always out at the drive thru. Why?? Get them working. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for a quarter pounder. Why? This is a common item! Mcd sucks! Go to chargrill or chick fil a instead!!!
