Recently (the last month I would say) when we TRY to come here the location is drive thru only as they have 'staffing issues' so they apparently cannot have customers come inside. Do you plan on hiring more people? If so, when? The drive thru is a lonnnng wait. Only to be told when you finally make it to the intercom "we don't have this and we don't have that." Today it took SO long we gave up and drove right over to Dunkin Donuts. Additionally, it seems *some* of the employees don't really like working here - noted by their negative attitude towards customers. When you finally reach someone it is like they are mad you are there. Ha! If we (customers) were not there - you wouldn't be working there. Like another reviewer said - if you don't like this job please go find one you do like. When we could go inside I would always dread when my daughter asked to go here because I hated the attitude I knew I was going to get ...just by interrupting them - to spend money here! Find some staff and please find ones that are ok with assisting customers.
