  This Dunkin was awesome when they first opened, but this past year they have gotten worse. Rude customer service most of the time depending on the worker and they shut the espresso machine down at 7:00pm-7:20pm… is this a thing? I’d love to know because it’s ridiculous. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt but I can’t any longer. Do better.

  I am not usually one to leave bad reviews, however, I am completely fed up with this location. This was the 2nd time I got to this store a few minutes after 6am. This morning we arrived at around 6:05 a.m. The lady seen us attempt to open the door and just continued doing whatever it was she was doing. We sat in the car for a few minutes before leaving and as we were pulling off the employee who saw us attempt to open door, came and unlocked the door. The look that she gave us was what really cause this review to happen. She looked at us with disgust. Anyway, this is the 2nd time we have jad a negative experience at this particular Dunkin' Donuts. Management please fix this as I really enjoy your products and there are no other Dunkin' Donuts on my route to work. Thank you.

  Been here 3x now and each time my order was wrong. The first time I ordered a iced coffee and a bacon jam sandwich, which was supposed to be on a bagel instead of the croissant and I sat and waited probably 10 minutes in a parking spot for my order. The second time I ordered, just an iced coffee which couldn’t even be made correctly. It seems as though this Duncan struggles with correctly, managing their time in order intake for quality and instead just rushes out orders incorrectly. It’s a shame because I will just go elsewhere instead of what is closest. And don’t bother trying to get in contact with Management or Duncan at a higher level they don’t answer.
