Girl was outside on front sidewalk and talking to us from there, (was with group of girls). She saw us watch her run in and hide her face. I will never be back

They made one of my iced coffees hot—my child’s drink. When I pointed it out, the cashier got visibly upset and told me to move forward so they could remake it. No problem—I did exactly that. After 15 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru, I had to go inside because I needed to get my child to school. I politely asked how much longer it would take since I was already running 20 minutes late. She snapped back, “You have to wait,” in the rudest tone possible. But my kid wanted the coffee, so I waited another 5 minutes. At that point—30 minutes waiting for a simple iced coffee—I asked for a refund for just that one drink. Instead of helping, she told me I would have to return everything if I wanted a refund. I had no choice but to hand back all the items I had already paid for. This was beyond unprofessional. It felt like she was purposely making the situation worse. I would only recommend this place to my worst enemies. If you value your sanity, avoid this location—unless you want high blood pressure on a Tuesday morning.
