  Super slow service and my order wasn’t even done right. The cookie butter latte is supposed to have crumbles on it but didn’t. It took over 10 minutes to get donut holes and avocado toast!

  I consistently get my order messed up from the same location. I will happily drive further going forward in hopes that the next team can read and comprehend the orders as displayed.

  This was a second visit, although the first visit several weeks ago was almost a disaster. We stopped here on our way home, having traveled almost four hours, with a few more to go. The drive-thru had a half-dozen or so cars in line, so I knew the team would be busy filling those orders. I opted to go inside, and yes, other people were waiting (one woman said she had been waiting 15 minutes for her order), so I chose to use the kiosk. I got through the order, but when it came time to pay, the system failed. It kept asking for a PIN, although I had not even used a card at that point. I chose to cancel, which wiped the entire order from the system. I tried one more time; same result. So, I asked the woman who was mixing cold brews for the drive-thru if she could help, and she didn't even look up. Not one of the five associates made eye contact with any of us in the restaurant. I asked again, and since she just continued to stir and fill and stir and fill several more drinks, I left. This is a repeat of what happened during my first visit, except then one of the associates did begrudgingly come over and ask what I wanted. She was rude, but at least she helped me. Not this time. It was abundantly clear that at this location, only the drive-thru customer matters (and that is a practice I see more and more at businesses with drive-thru windows). Well, because I don't matter to this Dunkin location, I won't make the mistake of patronizing it again.

  This place is the worst restaurant, period. Ordered and paid for a dozen online just before 1pm on a Saturday. Arrived 15 minutes later and was told they only had 4 of the 12, that I could come back tomorrow. Are you serious? Why didnt the app know you couldn't maintain inventory of what is in your name? None of the employees looked like they knew what they were doing. There's a reason its rating is in the 2's. Dunkin....just shut this one down. You failed. Donuts probably aren't even good. This was my first and last time attempting to try it. Let me make this clear, it was 1pm, not 8pm. How do you only have 4 of the 12? Geesh!
