However, this latest visit was unacceptable. I walked in around 10:45pm. I understand the staff wants to go home, but they were more preoccupied with closing down than serving customers. They didn't have brown rice, steak, chicken, corn, and lettuce. I know they had those items, but they refused to go back to retrieve them; I assume because they were about to close. If you are open until 11pm, then you should serve food until 11pm. If you ran out of items, then close your store. The cashier was tired and frustrated. She tried her best to be polite, but kept expressing her frustration about being there and how tired she was. I had a long day too, that's why I stopped there to pick-up food for myself and my family because we had been unpacking all day. Regardless of my circumstances I still behaved appropriately. I expect the same from the staff when I'm paying for their service and product.
