- SPSarah PaulDec 20, 20251.0I originally ordered a Bo biscuit and they said they didn’t have any, that was fine so I ordered a chicken sandwich. We had to wait about 10 min to get our food while cars were passing us with their food. I ate a bite and it was completely raw. We went back in and got another sandwich. It took 20 min to get it and people who walked in got cheddar bo biscuits which is what they told us they didn’t have. A few bites into the 2nd sandwich I found that it was raw as well . We got a refund and the staff were helpful .

They also seem to run out of certain items like chicken supremes and bbq, and on top of that they almost always forget to put straws, dipping sauces, etc in your order. The food is good but the service is absolutely atrocious.
