Everytime I stop by this Bojangles the drive-thru is always backed up no matter what time of day it is. They also seem to run out of certain items like chicken supremes and bbq, and on top of that they almost always forget to put straws, dipping sauces, etc in your order. The food is good but the service is absolutely atrocious.

The service was superb, the food was serviced fast and hot. My only gripe is they held all the drinks and condiments behind the counter. Staff was great though.

Went on my lunch break and the workers were talking to their friends that came in behind me. Didnt add salt to my fries. Made sure they made their friends drinks and food before mine. They wanted larger drinks that they didnt order and got them changed before i even got my food.

Absolutely horrible. Rude costumer service, didn’t get any of my 3 orders right, and the drive thru worker “Mimi” was more interested in gossiping than working. Everyone I interacted with was miserable and it showed. Again - they got ALL THREE of my orders wrong. That’s almost more impressive than knocking it out of the park. Already emailed corporate, this store needs a change in leadership.
