  Goldsboro Spence Ave location. The drive through was full so I went in to order. I waited about 10 minutes right in front of the cash register as the manager and a worker talked with no greeting or no one trying to accommodate me with my order. I had the app on my phone so as the ran they mouth. I had more then enough time to open the app, pick what I wanted to order, pull my credit card out my wallet in front of their face, enter my name, each digit of the card, expiration date, etc. when I pressed order the receipt came out the register in front of their face manager’s face. She pulled the receipt passed to a worker to fix the order did not acknowledge me or say thanks for the order or nothing. First time going there and last. Extremely poor customer service.

  Used to eat Bojangles' regularly, loved it for decades, but haven't been able to for a long time. Finally got food from one today and the "house-made ranch" that has permanently replaced the prepackaged buttermilk ranch is horrible. The old ranch was my absolute favorite Supremes sauce but I guess I won't return to any Bojangles' again anytime soon. Tastes like it wants to be wing restaurant ranch but is runny and bland. Bojangles' is breakfast biscuits and bigger chicken to me, not a wing joint.

  Short staffed, but amazing service! Very friendly and prompt on orders. Food was fresh, cooked properly, and tasted great! Will definitely visit this Bojangles again the next time we're in Spencer.

  The chicken was overcooked and hard. They also couldn’t accept my $100 bill because of a holiday rush that’s not my problem. Will not visit again!
