    It was good but directions were not followed. I asked for light ice in our teas and gravy on my steak biscuit and neither request were honored. When you pay so much for your meal you want it to be what you ask for. The staff were kind. Attention to detail needed for customer satisfaction.

    Literally always slow every single time I stop here. Whether I go inside or in the drive thru line, I always have to wait for 20+ minutes for my order. Terrible management

    Worst bojangles I have ever been to the line wasn’t even long or anything placed an order online for two supremes and two cheddar Bo’s took literally 26 mins on cheddar Bo’s and didn’t bring me my other supreme told me to go inside and get it then waited another 12 mins inside what a joke staffing and management…. Will never go back I advice avoiding this one at all cost
