- RFrick foster4 days ago1.0I was in Goldsboro providing a continuing education course and placed an order for 5 people. The order was delivered right on time, but unfortunately, one order of waffle fries was MIA and the chicken on the Southwest spicy chicken was missing. Great to pay for two thing and get one less waffle fries and no chicken on a $12 salad. Obviously, the quality control at this Chick-fil-A FAILED! Being held to a schedule, there wasn't any time to run over to get things corrected (thus the delivery and not a pick-up or dine in). And the kicker is that when you call the store to get this corrected, they ask you for the order number that is associated with the receipt. Well, good luck with this - they do not provide you with the standard receipt because delivery orders do not get points. They only provide you with a Door Dash receipt, of which has no order # on it. I was only in Goldsboro for the day, so I am out the $15.

Nuggets were small, basically it was like you was eating fried flour with no meat. I think the only thing that was good was the spicy deluxe, fries and sprite that my son order. Very disappointed night, especially the fact that we havent ate Chick-fil-A in a while and when we decided to make that dinner, terrible decision. The service was good and watching all the employees work hard. I tried to call, but no answer.
