  One of the worst bojangles locations ever. Always a 15 min+ wait for anything if you eat in. Forget ordering ahead of time. Left wilson today ordered on the app, to pick up on my way home 34 mins later it still wasn't even started, it took 39 mins once I was in the store to get it ready. Literally 2 meals. Staff isnt helpful, standing around complaining of being tired, I dont know from what because it wasn't cooking. This is the second time its been over an hour of waiting for a meal not even a big box or anything. Not worth the wait, the price, or the trouble.

  Employees are not professional. Food is never hot and ready. Very slow service. Some of the employees are laughing and picking on customers… Don’t waste your time at this location!!

  Editing to reply to owners question: Service was friendly, but the sandwich (grilled chicken club) was room temperature and the mac&cheese was basically cold. Was one of those experiences when as soon as your hand touches it in the bag you already know its not gonna be good. But the drive thru guy was friendly, very good spirits.
