  Asked for sandwiches on BUN not biscuit. The male employee has ONE glove on and attempts to fix it. He has to be told by customer to put on two gloves. The sandwiches are NOT made fresh but just thrown on HARD buns from biscuits. Go to use bathroom and the urinals dont flush properly and the bathroom looks disgusting so early in the morning. Had to leave this location with UNSATISFACTORY food and go to another BOJANGLES in Kinston ( im traveling for work) just to get get my food made properly. I need the breakfast crew to do better I dont have time to be stopping at other restaurants just to get my favorite sandwiches made when I paid this location almost 59 cents upcharge to make it. $10 may not be much to some people but I just spent $20 on four sandwiches and can only eat two.

  The fish sandwich is not good if you over cook it or let sit too long under a light… this make the 2nd time I purchase a sandwich meal from hwy 111 in Goldsboro and it was old fish, and customer service need adjustments!!!

  ALWAYS slow... and the staff doesn't seem to care at all. I waited for 35 minutes after being parked and then the food was cold and unseasoned.

  Service is a little slow, and employees don't really have a lot of hustle. And the manager doesn't understand how to handle problems if you have any questions about how to use the mobile app or with offers. But the atmosphere is still the classic pine wood interior that all Bojangles have always had.

  Staff members are always welcoming and professional. Dining area and bathroom are always clean
