  Amazing staff and drinks! The Texter, I believe she was called Ally cat or something, was absolutely amazing and helpful. It was my first time and she helped me create my perfect drink. 10/10 would recommend this location!

  This place is great but Jonathan and Angel from the morning/day crew are AMAZING, they always make sure my drinks are perfect! Jim the manager is also great and wants to ensure that the customers are happy and satisfied with their service and experience!

  Friendly service, the order taker was really nice and so was the person who handed me my beverages. The coffee was okay, a bit too much cream, for my preference, but I learned now that blondie is basically a lot of creme, not actually like a blondie like the brownie. However, from a new customer perspective, who has never been to a 7Brew before, I would have liked to have seen a menu somewhere, so I could have really gotten an idea of all there was to offer, without feeling like I was potentially holding up the line for everyone else. The order taker basically asked what I would typically order for a drink and then suggested something based off that, so she did a good job. It just would have been nice to see that they offered a cookie butter or the toasted marshmallow flavor. Yes, there are signs with the flavors, I belive, but its all the way around the building and under the carport where they pass the drinks and not where you get your order taken. Also, I get it, fun vibes and all that but the music felt VERY loud. But maybe I'm just being a old fart. 😂 hahaa I'll come back probably now that ive looked at the website and seen what the menu offerings are, but those are my first impressions and critiques.

  Look, I really wanted to like this place but they suck. I've literally ordered the same thing multiple times and multiple times it has either been totally wrong or not made the same way twice. There is 0 quality control here. Just a bunch of teens running the place playing loud music and joking around. I love to see when people enjoy their jobs but you have to be able to do the work. And for a location that only sells coffee/drink, half of which come from a can or carton, it would be more consistent than that. Today, we ordered a Toasted Marshmellow Latte frozen, 1/2 sweet and a Salted honey Chai Latte with 1 shot of espresso, 1/2 sweet. We waited almost 30 minutes in line and our order was clearly wrong. 3 different people said my order back to me but 0 people got it correct. The chai was just frozen, unsweetened milk. Honestly. $16 and 1/2 a hour later and neither order was even remotely close. Maybe it will improve with time but geez. What a scam.

  Listen, we have been coming here about every day since before you opened. I got a large cookie butter, light ice and oat milk along with a large blondie, two extra shots, light ice and oat milk. We arrive at the window and everyone was pleasant as usual. Our coffees come out and the cookie butter is full of ice. The blondie comes out, very little ice. I asked for less ice, they went to fixing the issue. They hand the coffee to us, loaded with ice and even less coffee. Granted, we were told to keep the first one, but come on! Read your screen and do it right the first time! You don't get to give attitude for not doing your job. Do better!
