  Called corporate, location reported. Extremely disorganized, drive thru traffic, employees visibly eating/drinking behind counter. An employee walked outside to the back of line to allegedly flirting with friends in drive thru line which was stated by other employee inside the reason for traffic not moving. Cashier went outside to go smoke cigarettes while customers waited.

  Went inside as the drive thru wasn't moving. I sat in there at least 10 mins with 1 person in front of me with no movement. Nobody came to take our order, so I just left. The entire restaurant smelled like weed, and not from any customers. You have workers smoking weed on the job, not taking orders from customers.

  I was attacked at this Wendy's by a homeless man. So be very wary of people who hang around outside! Food was passable service was not so good atmosphere is standard Wendy's nothing special. I will not bad mouth any restaurant but this Wendy's is plagued with homeless people who come in take a bath in the restroom then ask you for money. Be very wary. I'd say use the drive through to stay away from the people who plague the entrance and exit doors.

  The girl messed up my order when going through drive through. Caught it in the parking lot so I went back through drive through to have it corrected (crying baby in the car). She was very rude about her mistake and asked for the incorrect sandwich back so I gave it to her but she snatched it out of my hand like I was trying to pull one over on her. She also didn’t give me a receipt and it took well over 10 minutes to get the correct sandwich and by that time my fries were cold. I just took the correct sandwich and dealt with cold fries so I could not deal with the girl any more. Very rude and slow slow slow service.

  Great food, great restaurant due to the other restaurants near and in the area have kicked out and turned away anyone that appears to be "homeless" ... Which i dont agree with as each person in every city makes it what it is ... I want to say thank you Wendys for not being like most fast food restaurants in Gastonia. Which is only homeless in the first place due to Gastonia shut down the shelter, buses and any other city funded avenue to help out anyone who does fall victim to when you are illegally evicted to be made homeless, car intentionally tore up, all to literally have DSS enter your life to send your kids to another county. All while at the exact same time the city u live in shut down any chance of u getting ahead and out of what "Gastonia" done to u ... So u have to watch your kids be kidnapped and at the same time realize no help whatsoever will come neither !!!
